How long will it take for me to receive the item(s) I purchased?
Please allow one week for shipment of tickets and 4-6 weeks for shipment of merchandise, unless otherwise noted in the listing. Except as otherwise determined by MileagePlus. in its sole discretion, no refunds will be provided on any Program item. If for any reason an item is received damaged, becomes unavailable, or cannot be fulfilled, MileagePlus, in its sole discretion reserves the right to replace the item with a similar item of equal or greater value or to re-deposit into your MileagePlus account the miles you used to bid for the item.
